For out of hours emergency assistance, all purchasers are provided with Home Serve insurance cover to give
prompt 24 hour breakdown cover in respect of:
plumbing or drainage;
electricity supply;
security;
lost keys;
primary heating system.
Home Serve will contact purchasers with their membership number shortly after they move in to their property.
If an emergency problem occurs out of normal hours, customers should call the help line on 0800 073 2134
for assistance. Cover commences from the date of handover and runs for a period of two years.
